Can we go outside while we are waiting?
Yes. We will give you a re-entry ticket to allow you to use waiting time effectively. (Please enquire at the reception if you need a re-entry ticket)
Can we take our work home with us?
Yes, except blown glass and ceramics! Blown glass will be sent to you at a later date as it takes time to cool down. We will send ceramic pieces after they have dried and been fired. We will take good care of your items and hope you will look forward to receiving them.
